My Scripture memorization continues this week with another verse that pertains to my mouth. I love this one. It lets me know that I have God's help in watching what goes into as well as what comes out of my mouth. And I need a lot of help so who better to ask than GOD?
Set a guard over my mouth, O LORD; keep watch over the door of my lips. Psalm 141:3
I have truly been blessed by learning Scripture and hiding God's Word in my heart and only wish that I had begun this years ago. However, it is never too late to begin. I pray that you are being blessed as well.

Amen, sister. I am finding that the more I do it, the easier it gets and the better my brain works. Well, maybe my brain doesn't really work better. Maybe that is just a pigment, er, figment of my imagination, but it sounded good!! LOL!

Thanks Cindy for encouraging me to memorize scripture. My memory is not as good as it should be. Hopefully I will retain many verses and gain the knowledge that God has for me.
Many blessings to you,
Bren
Amen Cindy, Amen! What a wonderful verse to make into a prayer!
And you are right, it is never to late to begin!
Blessings to you!
Hi Cindy, thanks so much for the message you left me while I was on blogging break. That was so sweet of you.
I love this message! Watching my mouth! I almost fell mouth first into the message!!! :)
So many nuggets to glean from. I love messages that deal with our words/mouth/tongue and the attitude of our heart for it's out of our heart that every thing flows!
Bless you dear sister. Look forward to revisiting with you again soon.
I just love your blog. Of course, I love the colors especially. But today I'm convicted by your post. My thoughts, prayes and scriptures this week have also been around control of the tongue and words I speak. Thanks for the confirmation. I'll keep working on it and praying lots. Blessings my friend.
