1 Thessalonians 5:18
Today I am thankful for the rain and for the nourishment it provides the earth. I have also learned to be thankful for the rain and storms in my life. Without them I could never appreciate the Sun. Or the rainbows.

Nice rainbow! I am thankful for time spent with my family. Tonight we will all eat dinner together! Doesn't happen nearly enough these days.
Definitely new mercies and new opportunities. I'm thankful God is about the business of restoration, too!

Lisa, I am very thankful for His new mercies and second chances and that the Lord has restored all the time that I wasted on the pursuit of the ungodly.
And life just saying, family dinners are a precious thing. I treasured those times. We are empty nesters now and family dinners are even more treasured now when everyone is at home.
