But as for me, I watch in hope for the LORD, I wait for God my Savior;
my God will hear me.
my God will hear me.
This is my grandpuppy A.J. Recently I got to puppysit while his mommy and daddy went to their premarital counseling.
He sits at the door eagerly waiting on his people to come back. I try to get him to play and he will for a little while, but he knows that they will return for him and he anxiously waits by the door so he won't miss them.
He made me think about waiting on the Lord. Am I eagerly waiting to hear from Him, eager to see what He has for me each day? Am I watching in hope, knowing that He will hear me?

Just prayed about that this week. Asked the Lord to give me an unquenchable hunger and thirst for Him every day that I breathe.
Love ya,
Leah
Life is Good, isn't it sweet Cindy?
Love to you,

Just this morning I was thinking of how waiting for God's voice is part of prayer I all too often miss!
I love you analogy, Cindy!
I hope you had a beautiful weekend!
Andrea
Loved this! I want to wait eagerly and patiently for my Master.
Its good to be reminded that we are waiting and that promise of Christs return is real. As a child I remember waiting for christmas. It always seemed a long wait but so orth it in the end.
I love this!!! My dogs do the same thing whenever I'm traveling for ministry. My hubby says they sit and wait. I also have to call them to talk on speaker phone so they'll eat because when they miss me they act so differently.
Loved your analogy...
I indeed hunger for GOD and His Presence and when I'm dry I know I've missed HIM some how and so I wait patiently, eagerly anticipating in PRAYER that He'll speak and refresh me as I worship and abide in Him.
Beautiful sharing Cindy.
